Republic Kitchen+Taphouse

My Dad is a foodie and die hard meat lover and I kid you not- he couldn’t stop raving about the buffalo cauliflower wings. I never thought I’d see the day. Shocked.We also loved the crispy sweet potatoes. My beet salad really hit the spot and the twice fried chicken sandwich Korean style literally had kimchi in it and at that point our minds were blown. The layers of flavor in all of these dishes got a huge thumbs up from my pa’s expert palate. 🙂Lots of street parking. Across from the art center and museum. Breezy patio seating and cozy bar. Loved the little details like the cute mismatching china and wooden tables.

My new favorite place! Such a cozy and friendly atmosphere. The food was amazing (get the sweet potatoes as a side and you won’t be sorry!). The most friendly staff I’ve experienced in awhile. Our server was great at offering up pairing suggestions, giving us insight into yummy food selections and was super attentive. Finding a place that has good plant based options is sometimes really hard. We are so happy to have this place in Post Falls.

Republic Kitchen+Taphouse is a darling and quaint eatery right off the freeway in Post Falls. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable and the food is DELICIOUS. Every time we go, the waiters/waitresses are so welcoming and provide great customer service. We love going back time and time again!
